Mölnlycke is now looking for an Service Owner Office 365 to contribute to an organisational culture that embeds a "passion for business as well as IT" and a "can-do mentality".

About the job:
We are looking for an experienced workplace service owner for Microsoft Office 365 with a "can do" mentality who will take on a more holistic IT approach and an end-to-end responsibility for the Office 365 suite, confident in the technology but with focus on creating business value.
In your role you will focus on the Office 365 service area but also play a role in the digital workplace team, assisting the overall service delivery in the digital workplace area and supporting with requirement, guidelines, and input to policies. You will also work towards various IT engagements, initiatives, and projects with the principle to educate and create an understanding of the digital workplace as a service area, focusing on the Office 365 capabilities.
You will work in the global digital workplace team with a functional reporting to the service area owner for digital workplace positioned preferably at Mölnlycke HQ in Gothenburg but remote position is also possible.

Your key responsibilities are:
Act as Service Owner Office 365
Service strategy
Service design
Continuous improvement
Stakeholder management
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Office 365 in an alignment with organizational goals
Define, establish and continuously develop the service offerings in the portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal customers to design and implement new services and enhancements
Monitor service performance and proactively identify and addressing potential issues to minimize service disruption
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to ensure the effective delivery of Office 365 services.


You will play a key role in developing the Digital Workplace capabilities for the entire Mölnlycke organization.
The position is permanent, reports to the Service delivery lead for Digital Workplace & Infrastructure.
The position is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you'll need:
Although the role is not considered operational, we are looking for someone who has a solid technology background but transferred into a more service management-oriented role.
You should be comfortable in engaging different suppliers and have experience in working in a multi sourcing environment.
If you enjoy thinking and collaborating with others to find solutions, gaining commitments and mandate when needed, taking ownership and lead to deliver value-based solutions in a global environment, you are probably the right person for this position.
Skills to be considered relevant for the role
In-depth knowledge of Office 365 applications and services.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on service design and transition.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.
Strong ITIL processes experiences


A B.Sc. in IT or equivalent in experience is required.
The position will entail working globally with different people and you should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.
