IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The Group Infrastructure Delivery owns and maintains the Infrastructure for Windows Platforms. We deliver, host and maintain the server environments where business functions require applications and data. The responsibility includes Operating System, databases and application platforms.
Your tasks
The main tasks for the Service Owner are:
• Responsible for the components in line with "Windows server platform"
• Drive the development and implementation of technical roadmaps
• Budget (forecast) and fincial control for the services
• Speaking partner towards Microsoft and own license handling and compliance
• Product Owner for the infrastructure development team
Your profile
The Service Owner works actively to prioritize the team's backlog, supported by IT architects as well as skilled OS/WEB/DB's technicians. A good communicator is an advantage since you will have close dialogue with the management team, business area and other departments related to this platform.
It's favourable if you have previously worked with similar activities and responsibilities or perhaps have a relevant academic education within this area of expertise. You likely have 3-5 years relevant experience and are fluent in English and Swedish.
