Service owner for managed workplace

The Service Delivery department provides IT solutions that support a business equipped for the future.

You 'll be part of the Service Delivery team within IT and have total ownership of the managed workplace portfolio. In the role you will work close to the business and secure that the staff of E.ON Nordics has the right conditions and strive for a relationship with a valuable feedback culture. This means that you 'll have to understand E.ONs offer of managed workplace products and at the same time take care of the Nordic interest when it comes to implementation of new products.

This role includes tasks such as:


Act as a migration manager at larger implementation projects
Understand industry best practice and Ensure that the business is updated by training and information
Coordinate activities to implement changes to continuously improve the quality
Control cost (and volume), ensuring value of the solutions
Review the service offer both on a local and central level


The role is located in Malmö but you will be a part of an international team and will therefor do regular business trips.

For this position we 're looking for a serviceminded and driven person who have strong social skills.

You will report to the Head of Service Delivery who strives to have a dedicated team that works well. He will give you full responsibility to manage your task and want you to challenge your skills and by that grow and find innovated solutions.

A suitable candidate needs:


Broad knowledge of products like PC, Office 365, Windows 10 VDI etc.
Experience of integration projects
The ability to understand and translate business needs into IT requirements
Relevant education
Working experience of similar work
