Core & Collaboration Services (CCS) is a function within Volvo Cars Information Technology (VCIT), globally responsible for delivery of Application Operation, Maintenance and Support of IT products and services such as Integrations, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Document Management, Directory Services, Portals, Mail and Collaboration tools within Volvo Car Corporation (VCC).
VCC and CCS are in an expansive period and we are looking for you that can contribute and be a part of our team.
Main tasks and responsibility:
You will be responsible for application operation, maintenance and support of Directory Services within VCC. You may also take part in new development activities in this area.
Our solutions are built upon Novell Access Manager and customized systems within the company. We make use of "Bought Services" from suppliers in this area.
You will be responsible for:
That the application fulfils Service Level Agreements.
Appropriate budgeting of operation and maintenance activities.
Communication of performance, status and activities to Business.
That applicable IT-security and control activities are planned and executed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Customer Orientation.
Knowledge of Directory Services within large companies.
Knowledge in ITIL processes.
Knowledge in Maintenance Establishment.
Effective in communication (written, presentation, oral).
Has a structured way of working and documenting.
Works naturally with continuous improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding and experience from the automotive industry.
Understands the business value of the service.
Experience:
Microsoft SharePoint BI.
Technical and business context relevant for IT application/service.
IT Service Management, governance and business process support.
A global IT and business environment.
Planning, governing & following up of third party suppliers responsible for parts of an IT service.
Setting up support chain for IT service and hand shake with all parties.
Required Education:
University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
