We are currently looking for a Service Owner to join our team.

About the role

We are looking for a Service Owner who loves to provide value for the end users and takes pride in delivering world class digital services.

In the role as Service Owner, you will be the owner of digital services and thereby responsible for the execution of deliverables and a roadmap. You will also translate business objectives set by Digital Lead and Digital Product Manager into technical deliverables and features, as such, the Service Owner is an executor and the visionary force behind the technical solution, working closely with different stakeholders to continuously evolve the services and deliver new or updated digital services.

What you will do

• Thought partner for the Digital Lead, contribution to the overall roadmap and proactively working with evolving the digital services
• Setting the digital service technical direction based on the business vision and objectives, in collaboration with the Solution Architect and aligning this with the Digital Lead
• Be responsible for daily execution and planning within the digital team, including; coordinating the team's responsibilities (requirements, architecture, deliveries, quality etc.) and working proactively with removing obstacles to team deliverables
• Continuously strive to improve the digital services through for instance automation and self-service, always with a focus on delivering value to the end user
• Mentoring and coaching for the team members, partially by being hands on and engage in the development of the digital services
• Supporting the team in problem-solving, balancing priorities and clarifying trade-offs
• Establish/organize your team's development process, including elements such as, releases, product demos, end-user training and workshops
• Work closely with all stakeholders included in delivering the digital services to ensure the best end user experience
• Be responsible for highlighting resource needs to the Digital Lead (e.g., recruitment needs)

Who you are (experience)

• 5+ years of experience in information technology or a business function related to Managed Workplace & Mobility
• Experience with setting up and managing global digital managed services
• Solid knowledge of digital workplace and mobility services based on Microsoft Endpoint Manager with a focus on Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
• Experience defining Digital strategy / roadmaps
• Experience in creating a structured and organized way of working for both yourself and your team
• Experience in working with outsourcing partners
• Experience improving operational processes with focus on automation and self-service and reducing TCO
• Have proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of business
• ITIL Foundation experience with ITIL based Service Delivery
• Must be able to communicate effectively with resources at all levels of the Polestar organization
