Are you Service minded, leading through example with the ambition to further develop through new challenges? If so, this can be the right opportunity for you. Take the opportunity to be the Service Operations Manager for Grid Automation in Sweden, you will be located in Västerås.
Your responsibilities
Implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations across operational activities
Customer orientation, both external as well as internal. Act as liaison between clients and the company, handling both commercial and technical questions
Accountable that all functions are properly organized, staffed and directed
Build an effective, capable and high-performing team while developing talent, reviewing organizational effectiveness, performing competence assessments and continuous skill-upgrades
Responsible to execute a customer-focused operations Service strategy derived from the overall business and functional strategy developed for the HUB. Accountable for its relentless execution.
Owns and is accountable to deliver Service Operations RELEX KPIs in line with Hitachi Energy expectations. Accountable to deliver targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity.
Accountable for the development and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures, and of the overall customer satisfaction for Service
Accountable to ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, policies and procedures related to Operations. In alignment with the respective Group, Divisional, BU and Hub policies.
Support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in the assigned area. Increase new and existing business by supporting the Sales organization to have relevant knowledge of Service portfolio
Your background
Minimum five years' experience with project management task preferably within Service and in the substation filed
Strong contract and commercial skills
Engineering degree of at least bachelor or similar
Previous leadership experience
Good knowledge in IS/IT systems
Since this position is in Sweden, good knowledge in Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory
Good skills in English (spoken and written)
