We are looking for an open-minded and people-focused person who wants to accompany and prepare our global service operations team on the way to shaping operational excellence for generations to come.
You will be a part of our Parts & Services Division organization and the global service operations team.
Your mission
As a Service Operation Support, your mission will be to support an international team in organizational matters, but also in change management and internal communication. You will be also responsible for the support of projects. In this function, you will work closely with the whole organization, especially the communication department.
Specific tasks include ensuring a smooth flow of communication between all participants in the team and in projects. You will often be involved in all phases of overarching projects, resulting in a wide variety of tasks. In addition to classic tasks such as organizing small events and managing appointments, you will also be involved in planning tasks and documentation. Examples of this are support in the creation of project plans as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings.
Role reports to Global Service Operations Manager.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe are a strong team player with strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge in the area of change management is an advantage.
You are analytical, data driven and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment. You are a good communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels and functions and an ability to influence business teams.
As this is a global role, fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary. Knowledge of Swedish or Spanish language is considered a plus.

Location and travel
The location for this role is preferably Örebro, Sweden, but other locations in the proximity of Epiroc offices may be considered. Occasional travel would be required in this role.
The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allows for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
