Job description:
As a Service & Delivery coordinator you’ll be working with the delivery of commercial contract and after-sales service.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• To organize the urgent or exceptional lead time review of customer contracts and make the promise of the feasibility of contract lead time.
• To make sure all the steps of delivery is monitored from end to end with all the related departments (including the contract review,in time accomplishment of customization, material collection, production and stock-up, consignment, transportation, POD collection etc.);
• To coordinate and resolve the delivery issues with each related departments during the fulfillment of customer contract and to be responsible for the on-time delivery;
• To adjust the implementation plan of customer contract when the supply capacity is insufficiency.
• To organize the Sales Operation planning reviewing and implement.
• Local Authorized Service Providers authentication, daily business management and target monitoring.
• Spare parts, logistic and expenses management for after-sales service.
• Technical support for ASC (Authorized Service Providers) and customers.
• Customer relationship of terminal products service aspect management and improvement
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher degree in administration of supply chain management, logistic management, customer contract, international trade, business administration, Electronic or Electric Engineering, Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or related commerce or science discipline.
• Electronic or Electric background is preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
• Must welcome challenges.
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Chinese.
• More than two years working relevant experience in after-sales or pre-sales
It’s an advantage if you have previous experience from working in a big international company.
For this position it’s important for you to be service minded and flexible.
