The Customer service is the point of contact for our customers regarding their need of transportation and logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities
You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation. In the Customer Service department we handle import related customer service tasks with daily contact with our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Focus on the key customer service drivers;

Timely delivery of documents
Pro active notification
Exception management
Efficient claim handling
• Ensure timely resolution and response to customers
• Coordinate with sales and operations team
• Responsible for cross sell/up sell and customer retention
• Follow up on bookings and handle query resolution
• Record and report KPI's on customers
Who we are looking for
We believe you are a truly service minded person with the ability to always have the customer in focus.
We think you have previous experience working in a customer service team with minimum 1 year experience in the logistics sector in a customer facing position.
We also think you have:
• Good communication skills.
• A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Very good knowledge and understanding in computer systems.
• The ability to be a true team-player.
• The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• The will and capacity to take responsibility and deliver on set targets with the customer in focus.
• A creative mindset and the ability to work with improvements.
• Passion to drive closures & high level customer service orientation
• An educational background within freight forwarding or similar educational background is an advantage.
