We are a small restaraunt with a love for amazing burgers, quality and even better service! We focus our brand on using local and ethically raised beef cows along with local food partners to provide our customers with the perfect burger bite!

Job Description
The service manager role will be in charge of running the service team. They will work collaboratively with the kitchen to create a seamless experience for guests. The role will also include being responsible for ensuring the service team needs are met, as well as them being motivated and prepared to hit the ground running.
In this role you will have the opportunity to build your own team that fits your leadership style alongside the restaurant manager. You will be responsible for training new staff and making sure they have all the skills they need to execute each time they come into the restaurant.
You will have the opportunity to bring in new products such as beer, sodas etc that will be exciting for our guests to try. We love to highlight local breweries and companies and give them the space to shine and showcase their products
You will be responsible for ensuring that the service team is hitting sales goals and finding new and exciting ways to motivate and develop your teams skills in all aspects.
Assisting the Restaraunt Manager in scheduling when necessary (ex. filling open shifts due to illness)

Location
You will be working at Flippin Burgers Observatoriegatan or at OG as we call it. This location was at the forefront of the burger wave and is well known in the community! Being in the location we are, we get the best possible mix of customers from tourists to locals who live in the buildings around us - we pride ourselves on being the go to burger spot for our regulars, and something new and exciting for any tourists who come through our doors. The location is less than 5 minutes away from Odenplan station which has access to the Pendeltåg as well as tunnelbana. There are also buses which regularly stop with routes throughout the city - making it an easy commute regardless of where you're coming from.
