Our customer need extra capacity in the setup phase of Service Management process to describe IT Services for Sweden IT.
Publiceringsdatum2015-10-08Dina arbetsuppgifterFrom a Customer viewpoint describe how our IT supports our business to Sell, Deliver, Support and Billing. For example what IT Systems are involved in our sales process in different channels? Start with the Front system used by user and identify the systems that are involved in the value chain to secure the sales process in each channel. This also applies for Delivery process, Support process and Billing process. Use our Service Level Management Set up process to identify each IT Service, identify Business Solution owners, identify Service requirements, Business Impact, set up SLAs. Identify needed KPIs to follow up and monitor from a service point of view.
Needed profile is IT Project Manager with experience of It Systems in Sweden IT. ITIL and Service oriented IT experience is also needed.
This includes SLA-documentation, dialogue with ISOs/ISMs and business to clarify Business values and secure needed monitoring and reporting.
