We are looking for a Service Manager iServer who will be responsible for managing and administering iServer services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all iServer services are delivered efficiently and effectively as well as managing and supporting the iServer infrastructure.
Assignment
Examples of your main responsibilities are:
• Plan and execute iServer roadmap
• Manage budget
• Provide technical support for iServer
• Manage iServer server-side operations, including patch management and system upgrades, and technologies such as Windows OS, IIS, MS SQL, and Certificates
• Handle incident management and manage integrations with API and other systems
• Provide user support with installation and operation of iServer client-side
• Provide administrative support for iServer, including user account management and data management
• Ensure data quality by managing changes to Service Owners, Service Managers, and Application Owner names, as well as exporting and importing data
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 -7 years of experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role
• Experience with iServer administration and management, as well as Windows OS, IIS, MS SQL, and Certificates
• Strong technical skills in server-side operations, patch management, system upgrades, and incident management
• Knowledge of API and other system integrations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• a Swedish citizen
Formalities
• Assignment period: ASAP - 2023-12-31
• Extent: approx 640h (50%)
• Location: Linköping, Alvik, Järfälla (Travel within the assignment may occur)
• Remote work: Remote work can be done by agreement.
• Competence level: 3
