Job description

Scandi Standard's head office is centrally located in Stockholm and has a culture that is characterized by short decision paths and an open, unpretentious and welcoming atmosphere. Scandi Standard is in the middle of an exciting transformation and journey of change where you will be a key person in managing the IT delivery based on the business' needs and requirements. In the role, you will be part of the Application Management team and will report to Head of Application Management.

Responsibilities
Service Manager Integration is responsible for managing Scandi Standard's new integration solution and for implementing and maintaining a modern integration architecture at Scandi Standard.

Initially, the role will be very active in the project to set up a receiving governance organization for the new Integration service.

Your key responsibilities are:
Communicate integration strategy and roadmap to key stakeholders.
Manage business demands and change requests.
Coordinate solution design & development with key experts and service providers.
Create structure and routines for maintenance and support.

Qualifications
You probably have a background with several years of experience working with Integration solutions and platforms. Maybe you work as a specialist today and want to take the next step into a leadership role or you work in similar roles such as Service- or solution Manager or technical Project Manager.

We think you:
Have an understanding of integration patterns and architecture. It is particularly meritorious if you have experience of integration platforms.
Are driven by business value creation and can easily manage a large group of stakeholders from both business and IT.
Are fluent in written and spoken English.
Have an academic background or other relevant experience.

It is an extra plus if you have experience with IT management models, for example ITIL, PM3. A merit is also if you have experience from industries where logistics is a critical process. An extra plus if you are a good facilitator and have knowledge of agile working methods.

For you, it is obvious to create structure and to organize your work to succeed with your delivery. You are open and communicative and can explain complex solutions in a simple way. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious and results-oriented.
