We are currently looking for a colleague who can take the role as Service Manager, you will be part of our IT Service Management unit. You will be a part of the team managing Infrastructure & End-User services.

Let's make a difference in finance for the many people

As a Service Manager you will be responsible for IT services throughout their lifecycle with an accountability of service delivery so that the services meet business and end user needs in a cost effective manner.

You will get a wide array of assignments, where your main responsibilities will be:

• Handling user access requests
• Participate in Major Incidents
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and secure approvals
• Secure day to day delivery of Services from our international outsourcing vendor
• Define the hardware policy and secure delivery from partners
• Secure Onsite Support services delivered by our international outsourcing vendor
• Define the print services and secure delivery from partner
• Define meeting room services and secure delivery
• Documentation, both create documentation but also securing we have the right level of documentation provided by our partners
• Communication to Business and IT partners
• Reporting
• Budget and follow-up on the budget

Are you the one for Ikano?

You have experience and a great interest in IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management. You have the ability to balance business understanding with in-depth competence.

You have a holistic understanding of IT, and you are accurate and analytical. You have the ability to balance business understanding with in-depth competence. You have a good understanding of Service Management and ITIL processes, and you are can follow IT Policies and Governance.

You could have a Bachelor degree in technology or similar. Professional Certifications in relevant standards are a plus (e.g. ITIL, project management).

As a person you are a positive team player that enjoys working in an ever evolving environment. You dare to simplify the complex and learn from experiences. You are business minded and open to new ideas and personal growth. As a person you are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills.

In this role you will report to our Service Owner, Infrastructure Services and you will be working within a bank-wide scope. We would like this role to be based at our head office in Malmö, Sweden, or at our office in Glostrup, Denmark.
