Description
We are looking for a Service Manager for Telephony to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the telephony service and ensuring that it meets the needs of our business.
You will be working within Boliden's Central IT organisation, providing Telephony Service towards all Boliden sites. The role is much about building relations, identify needs and execute upon those. It can be all between make instructions towards End Users, create technical solutions for a specific application that fits standards and architecture of the platform to manage big contracts with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the telephony service and ensure that it meets the needs of our customers.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the telephony service.
Work with other teams to ensure that the telephony service is integrated with other services.
Ensure that the telephony service is secure and meets regulatory requirements.
Manage the telephony service budget.
Manage vendors and agreements.
You will be part of User Experience Team with 11 members where we together Manage the User experience heaviest services such as: Service Desk, Workplace, Printers, Conferencing Equipment etc. We serve all Boliden's business units. The position is based in Boliden, with the possibility of being located at one of our business locations. Business trips will occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with an interest and understanding to improve the telephony services. You are committed and communicative with interpersonal, networking and coordinating skills. You also have the ability to troubleshoot with attention to details and have experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), IT Service management and Enterprise IT Environments.
You probably have a high school qualification in technology or equivalent.
It is advantageous to have previous experience in Microsoft Intune and Android OS and language skills in Finnish and Swedish. You also have driving license for car.
