Product group IEC LV Motors within Motors and Generators, Motion business is an industrial leader in technology and product offering of LV Motors globally. You will be part of the service organization for ABB Robotics and Motion, Motors & Generators, in Storvik. Are you ready to take the challenge and are a customer and people-oriented leader, then you should become our new Service Manager!
Your responsibilities
Manage the work of the department that provides spare parts to motors and generators delivered by our site in Storvik with main purpose to offer and deliver world class services all around the globe.
Run and implement strategy of growth for the spare parts business and develop further the spare part offering.
Deliver high-quality, scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements in all day-to-day activities and priorities.
Contribute, motivate and develop your team members and be part of the local management team.
Align strategy and operation with the global product line of spare parts within the Motors and Generators Product Group - Service.

Your background
An academic degree.
A couple of years work experience in a customer-oriented position.
Experience in working with programs like MS office and preferably SAP.
Driven, service-minded and business-oriented.
Structured and ready to stand as important role model to the organization.
You have good communication skills and focus on health and safety that will set a good foundation for your individual and business growth.
As working in a global multicultural environment, you are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
