In 2010 the two merged to become KraftPowercon - a global company with plants in Sweden, India and China. KraftPowercon consists of three business areas - high voltage, high current and uninterruptible power solutions. We secure processes and provide power supply in everything from nuclear plants to super tankers. KraftPowercon Sweden AB has expanded significantly in the past two years and the turnover has increased by 50% per year (currently SEK 300 million). We are approximately 115 employees in Sweden.
We are a fast growing international company and therefore in need to develop our service business to meet increasing future demands. Our products and systems are critical for our customers. The way we handle service, repairs and spare parts has a major impact on our customer's results.
As Service Manager Europe you are a member of the management team and you will be totally responsible for the profit and loss of the service business.
Today the organization consists of seven well educated and competent service engineers that are used to travel all over Europe to solve customer problems and starting up new installations. They combine this work with repairs at our plant in Surte. There is also one person handling offers and spare parts. Your main task will be to manage the team and the business and to develop routines and standards for our way of working so we effectively can meet our customer's needs. You will also manage and develop our repair process. In the matrix you will support our sister companies in Shanghai, Taiwan, India and in the USA and help them to implement a standardized way of working with the service business.
We are looking for a manager with several years of experience from international service businesses. You are a business oriented engineer with electrical competence and you are used to work with demanding industrial customers and you understand the value of effective processes and routines.
