The development of Aftermarket support is a major focus Dynapac and in order to ensure technical service support for roller aftermarket who would like to recruit a Divisional Service Manager - Rollers based at our competence center in Karlskrona.
Mission:
The person will be responsible for ensuring development and safe guard of technical support for rollers within product company in Karlskrona as well as support other PCs.
You coach the Service team in the PC's and provide direct support for all eventual technical issues. You drive for corrective action as appropriate and you define the priority settings for our structured service actions. You aim for excellent customer and strong follow up on the warranty cost development.
The Divisional Service Manager - Rollers is member of the divisional aftermarket team and reports to the Vice President, Aftermarket and will work in close cooperation with Operation team in aftermarket. This position is also part of the PC Karlskrona management team and need to cooperate with all departments within PC Karlskrona.
Experience requirements
• Results oriented professional with leadership experience and good technical knowledge of rollers.
• A good understanding of the customer & dealer operation as well as the road construction industry.
• Experience in hydraulics, electronic and mechanics is a major advantage.
• Experience in coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aftermarket system is an asset.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
• A technical graduation, with experience in hydraulics and electronics.
• >5 years' experience in rollers business
• Good knowledge of using IT systems
• Fluency in English a must, and additional language skill will be a plus to handle communication over diverse markets
