Service Manager
Job specification
As a Service Manager you will:
• be an important part of the build-up of our service and support concept for the future
• take major responsibility for our service concept including operation and support of various customer training activities
• develop and implement service strategies and supporting processes for our customers in co-operation with business development and product management
• take responsibility for daily contact with some of our most valuable customers and handle their expectations and needs
• work primarily on the Swedish market however you should also be able to act on an international market.

• Military experience is a merit
