In addition, this role coordinates and supports Media Product & Techs service level agreements towards the rest of the organisation.
You will be part of the Operations Management team working with processes and continuous improvement across Media Product & Tech.
As part of a dynamic and exciting product development environment, you will support some of the most prominent media houses in Sweden and Norway. You will be part of a high speed, inclusive and fun environment where openness, collaboration, innovation and passion is key.
The role will be instrumental in having teams establishing and developing internal SLAs where applicable & practice quality improvements.
Expectations
- Follow up on MPT incidents and facilitate post-mortems
- Responsible for the incident management process.
- Work close with NOC
- Support teams in SLA management with stakeholders
- Owner of MPTs on-call rotation list making sure we have feasible on-call to deliver on SLA
- Responsible for following up on SLA with external partners/vendors
- Responsible for overall uptime metrics and how it is calculated
- Responsible for defining the different availability tiers with SLAs and assigning services to the correct tier based on business decisions.
