Our customers are in many different branches and we provide services for approx. 200 000 employees in more than 20 countries.
The Service Manager's mission is to manage or assist in managing, the complete life-cycle of one or several services as well as being involved in; concept studies, market and technology trend analysis, creating roadmaps for future services, lead the design & development of new or changed services, manage the roadmap of the needed infrastructure in order to support our services.
Service Managers cooperate closely with many parts of the Volvo IT organization as well as with the customer governance function, in order to make sure we deliver value adding, deliverable and cost efficient services.
Today we are approx. 20 Service Managers in two global teams, managing all End User Services for the Volvo Group and external customers. This includes services such as messaging, conferencing, telephony, workplace, client applications and support.
We are now looking for a junior Service Manager that will grow in our team. Initially you will assist experienced service managers and further on you will manage your own services within the area.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you are a generalist with interest in the telecom, conferencing, video and messaging area, that you are interested in leading and driving service development, that you have strong communication skills with a clear customer focus and that you always strive to reach win-win solutions for our company and our customers.
