IT Facility Services, within Infrastructure Services, is now looking for a driven Service Manager to assume responsibility for the IT Physical Security area. As Service Manager, your responsibility is to maintain a close relationship with our stakeholders and ensure that we always offer relevant services to the business. Our service delivery areas include Video Surveillance, Electronic Article Surveillance, Physical Access Control and more.
You will lead a great team of Service Delivery Managers, Architects and Technicians, and work closely with the IT Facility Service Management team, other teams within Infrastructure Services and various business stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute in our quest to continue build a service-oriented IT delivery based on business requirements. As a Service Manager, you ensure we have the right services and agreements in place to deliver accurate and efficient IT Services to our customers within the H&M organization. This means you are responsible for the service portfolio within the area as well as the future roadmap, your ability to see the whole picture and connect technology to business value is key.
You will be leading and coaching a team of Service Delivery Managers who are responsible for the daily delivery of our services and make sure they fulfill expectations and goals. You will be working close to our customers to understand their future needs and make sure we are one step ahead. For this, your ability to communicate and motivate is one of the key ingredients for success.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Service Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do list includes:
• Secure all aspects of the IT service design and architecture
• Continually build business knowledge and understand the IT service contribution to business outcome
• Maintain and develop the service portfolio
• Coach and support Service Delivery Managers and other team members
• Develop and implement roadmaps for the services aligned with business need and strategy
• Work with strategies for the technical architecture together with our architects
• Make sure the delivery over the lifecycle is in line with H&M policies and guidelines
• Communicate with and report performance to customers and stakeholders
• Manage the budget for the area
• Participate in supplier meetings and contract negotiations
• Occasional travel will occur

Your skills and experiences include:
• Being a strong leader with the ability to motivate and making things happen
• At least 5 years' experience of Service Delivery Management and/or other management roles within IT
• Experience of managing outsourced deliveries
• Experience from holding presentation for management teams as well as leading discussions in meetings with technical experts
• Experience from contract negotiations with large IT vendors and service suppliers in an onshore/offshore setup
• Experience from budgeting and follow up
• Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies and how they contribute to business value
• Experience from working with business requirements
• Experience of working with operation and support in a global IT organization
• Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
