If yes you might be the right candidate for this new position as service manager within our Global technical service organization.
What will you Do?
Global Technical Services are responsible for creating new service offerings and maintaining existing offerings to fulfill customer needs and expectations. The team is also responsible for creating prerequisites for our regional Technical Service organizations to deliver world class support in a cost-efficient way.

The Service Managers in the team work closely with regional technical service, sales and customers in both development and implementation of new service offerings. The responsibility also includes to package the services in Axis total offerings in close cooperation with solution management and building marketing of our service offering together with the marketing organization.

You will have the responsibility for the roadmap of the services within your area, set targets for your services and be driving improvements of the services.

You will be responsible for the following services globally:

Self-help including
o Axis support web

o Forum

o Customer journey's

You will also work together with the team and drive a project around packaging of services to differentiate our service offering towards different customer needs.

This position will be based in Lund but traveling to the regional Technical Services organizations is a natural part of the job. This position reports to the Director of Global Technical Services.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with a background within the area of customer service. Experience from working with customer journeys and service design is preferable.

Experience from a product management or project management role and the ability to drive global initiatives is important. You should also have the knowledge about how to collect and analyze customer needs and to use those in strategic planning. We hope that being open minded and self-driven with an interest in building close business relations comes easy to you.

A relevant university degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
Good communicator
Driven and self motivated
Analytical and perceptive
