hela Sverige We are looking for experienced Service Management Analyst to join Electrolux IT Service Management Team in Stockholm, Sweden.
ROLE:
The Service Management Analyst role will act in coordinating process activities, act as project coordinator and support of the ServiceNow application platform. The role will be to assist global process owner(s), coordinate internal projects and act as project coordinator on any new deployments.
// ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate, implement and govern the use of the IT Service Management processes like Incident, Problem and Knowledge management, Change Management, SLA Management, Asset Management, HRS On - and Offboarding etc.
• Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and tools.
• Assist global process owner(s) with Service Improvement Plans including testing, documentation and communication to users and stakeholders
• Providing management information
• Actively participate of improvement on the configuration management system (CMDB) and IT Self Service Portal (ITSSP)
• Servicenow tool and process support
• Training and Education of end users
• Demo tool(s) and processes to new users or customers
• Performs special projects and assignments in order to respond to special business requirements
• Monitors the quality of IT Service Management processes and procedures and intervene and improve as needed, escalate as appropriate.
// KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Qualifications & Experience
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
• Proven knowledge of core Servicenow modules such as, PPS, Service Catalogue, Self Service Portal, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, SLA Management etc.
• Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Testing and promotion into Production.
• History of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery.
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organisation and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Self motivated, self learning and delivery focused.
• Ability to manage change
• Able to work individually without having team members and/or manager local.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Some international travel may be required at times.
