Do you want to shape the future?
We are now looking for a Service Leader in Onshore Wind O&M Delivery Sweden for our Southern cluster. The position is an unlimited full-time position located in Southern Sweden.
The Service Leader will report to the Country Manager of Onshore O&M Delivery Sweden, with continuous cooperation with the O&M Managers assigned to the Southern Cluster, Asset Manager Onshore Sweden, inhouse service technicians, inhouse support functions, and external service providers.
Currently, the Southern cluster fleet consists of three different turbine platforms located in Halland and Skåne counties, with the ambition to find synergies between the sites using a flexible and skilled workforce, able to operate at all sites.
Your job as Service Leader in Onshore Wind O&M Delivery Sweden
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Continuous cooperate with the above-mentioned parties to obtain a safe working environment and a high operational efficiency
• Planning and execution of scheduled maintenance, repairs and inspections
• Coordinating unscheduled maintenance and repairs, issuing work orders and work notifications
• Perform back-office administration, such as handling finished or outstanding work orders, together with service teams
• On a regular basis report on daily issues and site performance to O&M Managers and other team members mentioned above
• Continuously make quality assurance controls of works together with service team
• Together with the O&M Managers report planned outages in internal outage reporting tool
• Coordinate other daily on-site activities such as larger maintenance and repair work, internal and external inspection and/or audit parties etc.
• Take the role as a service technician and perform unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting, when needed
• Participate in relevant supplier meetings
• On a regular basis take responsibility for daily readiness telephone and e-mail, performing work for other Swedish site than Southern Cluster if needed
Your profile as Service Leader in Onshore Wind O&M Delivery Sweden
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a wind power service technician and/or service leader (or a similar role) in wind power
• Strong experience maintaining Siemens direct-driven turbines is required. Knowledge of Vestas V90 and/or Gamesa G97 turbines is preferable but not required
• Relevant wind power technician training and medical clearances, according to Swedish standards, such as GWO, ESA and Mast- och stolpintyg, is preferable but not required. All relevant but missing training will be provided by Vattenfall upon starting in the new role
• Switching experience is preferable but not required
• SAP PM and SAP MM experience is preferable but not required
• Team player with strong problem solving, planning and structural skills
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, fluent in Swedish with good English skills
• Flexible and open to travel for some longer periods at a time
• Be results-oriented and have a positive and operational mindset

Location:
The current locations of the sites are outside Falkenberg in Halland County, and outside Simrishamn and Kristianstad respectively in Skåne County, with site offices outside Falkenberg and Kristianstad. Vattenfall prefers the Service Leader to be located at the Falkenberg site office.
