Let us describe the challenge we offer

Digital Facility is a part of the Digital Workplace product area together with Collaboration, Managed Workstation & Mobility and Endpoint Application Management. The purpose of the Digital Facility function is to support the business with digital services such as equipment for conference rooms, desks and printers. The function is also involved in new digital initiatives within the Facility area, either it be new market launches, wallboard for PKI 's or digital signage solutions. The function is fairly new so you will have the opportunity to form the area to ensure we together provide maximum value for the business.

You will be responsible for the Digital Facility function and as you're a team of one the key to success will be a close collaboration with stakeholders both inside the Digital organization but also within the business. The Service Lead role will focus on digital services for our facilities, meaning you 'll be responsible to operate and develop the services and products in close collaboration with internal and external partners.

This position is located at our Lindholmen office in Gothenburg. We understand that work-life balance isn't easy, and of course, welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the one setting the Digital Service's technical direction with the business vision, needs and objectives in collaboration with Digital Lead, suppliers, and other Enterprise Service Leads. You will also be responsible for daily execution and planning within the Digital Service, which includes coordinating with stakeholders, hands-on work and working proactively with removing obstacles.

For example, you will:

• Thought partner for the Digital Lead in service evolution, continuous improvement and setting requirements towards service providers

• Mentoring and coaching stakeholders such as Onsite support personnel and securing they have the right information to support the services

• Establish/organize service operations, including elements such as releases, end-user training, service transition and incident management (KB, SLA levels etc.)

• Responsible for highlighting resource needs to the Digital Lead (e.g., recruitment needs), incl. responsibility for technical assessment in hiring.

To be a great fit for this position we believe you have:

• Can define Digital strategy and roadmaps, respectively improve operational processes focused on e.g., automation, self-service and reducing TCO
• Experienced within managing technical priorities within backlog
• Skilled within Digital Workplace solution that enables a hybrid workplace and the modern office

• Experienced in supporting users and stakeholders with global presence and complex environment
• Have proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant area of business
