FULFILMENT OPERATIONS
Take the overall accountability and direct responsibility for a high-performing Customer Fulfilment Operations organisation. Together with the markets drive the business agenda for Service Fulfilment Operations in the markets. The service fulfilment operations manager is responsible for customer success in the area of service business. This means perfect quality in the meeting with the customer, great lead-times at low costs in all aspects of service fulfilment today and tomorrow.

For this role you bring a university degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or 5-7 years of experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management. You also have 3-5 years of solid managerial experience within the matrix and/or high volume organisation, proven senior management working experience in strategic business development (preferably in distribution, retail, logistics or similar) as well as experience of creating and securing the implementation of mid- and long-term strategies and set/follow up goals. In addition you have experience of working as a management team member with proven ability to make a difference by positively influencing the business and leading successfully projects or processes on the country/market/national level. You are aware of and interested in retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service. You also have good coaching, mentor, advisory, facilitation and conflict management skills.
You have knowledge in following:
• IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working
• IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations on the markets
• change management and leading in the unknown/exploring
• different leadership styles (such as interdependent, indirect, situational etc.) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situations
• strong market intelligence
• stakeholder management
• strong financial competence and understanding the financial impact on total network
• cultural differences and importance of diverse teams to meet the customers' expectations
As a person you have strong collaborative mind-set, strong ability to identify need and drive change within the organisation on group and market level acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and matrix environments. Moreover you are focused on achieving and exceeding goals and challenging business for constant improvement and higher efficiency, you have strong entrepreneur orientation and end-to-end orientation.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this role you will act as a member of the CFF Operations Management Team. You will lead and develop the CFF Operations agenda, design and build up the new operations organisation to ensure that Ingkas direction and strategies are realised. Together with the CFF Operations Management team members you will also define, establish and ensure the implementation of business strategies based on the organisation's vision.
You will be responsible for the customer-centric and high-performing Service Fulfilment Operations organisation that includes securing high quality in the meeting with the customer, daily operations for last mile connection to internal and external service providers, efficiency and continuous improvement, short and mid-term capacities, cost development and contribution to the cost goal and leading and developing people. Leading, steering, planning, supporting, coaching and following up on the daily operations and development of a service fulfilment organisation will be in your scope.
