The role
We are seeking a Service Engineer with focus on sample storage (-20/800 C) to further strengthen the Hamilton Robotics service team. The work includes supporting the customers by performing installation, preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and supporting them in operation when necessary. The customers are primarily biobanks, hospitals and research labs. You will work with routine service as well as advanced troubleshooting and be part of a competent service team where you will get a lot of freedom with responsibility.
Who we're looking for
We believe that a successful candidate has a technical degree (BSc, MSc, Service technician) or equivalent. A strong technical knowledge in combination with good computer skills is required. Experience from mechanical/electrical science and working experience is a plus but not a must.
As this is an international position English and Swedish - excellent written and spoken - are required.

This is the right position for you if you are willing to travel and have a passion for technology and problem solving. A customer focus and willingness to learn will be other success factors.
We offer a dynamic, educational and technically challenging position in an international environment. Training and individual development will be offered. The role supports the Nordic region and Europe, and includes a temporary assignment in Saudi Arabia. The work includes international traveling and is based at the office in Kista or home based office.
