hela Sverige Within Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations IBM - Material Treatment is the responsible unit for supply of Creasing & Cutting equipment sales/after sales to all Tetra Pak Converting Factories.
We are now looking for a Service Engineer. In this challenging role, your main task will be to support the packaging material factories with installation and service of our M-unit machines. Education and training of machine operators and maintenance personnel is also an important task in this role.
Your base will be in Lund, Sweden, and you will travel around 150 days per year.
Main responsibilities
• Perform planned maintenance on creasing equipment
• Perform trouble shooting, repair and rebuilding on creasing equipment and solve problems with optimal resource input
• Commissioning of new creasing tools at converting factories
• Perform customer designed training on equipment including equipment- and process parameters
• Perform verifications and validations in projects
• Collect equipment , process and user performance data
• Prepare and approve documentation for creasing equipment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must be a self-motivated person who possess a high degree of initiative, decision-making and drive. Furthermore you are service orientated and flexible and you like to and are used to, working independently. You also need to be thorough and able to work under time pressure.
You have relevant technical background and experience from working with service and maintenance of machines. It is important that you have a strong technical interest and understanding and that you are willing and able to learn about our broad machine park so that you eventually can work independently. You are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
