The role
Ascom has a 24/7 customer support organization. Our Level 1 support is there for our customers 24/7 and forward the tickets as needed. Our level 2 support solves our customers' demanding fault situations remotely, and implement small-scale change requests. Our solutions are based on Ascom's own technologies and software, and the practical orientation for the job is performed by our current Customer Care expert team.

Our Customer Care team has a close co - operation with our Nordic organization and we monitor our operations with our customers using agreed performance indicators based on ITIL. For your part, you are responsible for the success of your customer experience and for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Multi-year experience in the Service Desk environment or similar technical customer service, databases and configurations. Development background is an advantage Experience in Server Administration Experience with the Windows Server Environment / MS Server 2012/2016 and the TCP / IP Communications Protocol Managing remote access environments Good English and Swedish language skills Work experience in one of the following tools is an advantage: JIRA, Service Now or equivalent

Having background with the followings is a plus: electrical design and / or knowledge of IT environments in the healthcare sector, software design, ITIL.

You have a good ability communicating both externally to customers, as well as internally.
