Kvalifikationer
• Minimum of a high school education or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of Service Desk, First line experience
• Experience of working in and knowledge of IT support processes
• Skill in the Microsoft end-user environment
• Basic understanding of Microsoft service software and related operation server management tools
• Understanding of process automation through IT enabled solutions is a plus
• ITIL foundation v3 Certificate
• Fluent in German & English, spoken and written

Job Description
For our customer within health care we are looking for we are looking for another Service Desk Support to be part of our customer's Technician Support. In this role, your main responsible will be delivering first contact support to the global company organization. The areas of support include, but are not limited to, IT infrastructure and application support as well as finance and HR support. Some of your main tasks will be to ensure that the global policies, processes and procedures are followed. Proactively suggest new ways of working and improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Actively participate in process improvement. Actively participate in building and maintaining. Take ownership of the support tickets generated. You might also be involved in various projects for developing delivery.

Personal qualities
To fit in the role as Service Desk Support you enjoy working in a fast-paced company that is going through a digital transformation. We think that you have strong administrative-, organizational and communication skills and that you have good initiative-, time-, and workload managament. You possess a great drive, openness to change, a doer attitude with a service minded and agile approach. You are interested in working in a tech function where you have a global role, with many different contacts. Furthermore you are solution oriented and have a high level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.

Salary
By agreement

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start as soon as possible and run until 2022-11-03, with possibility of extension or employment with our customer. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client with office 15 minutes from central Gothenburg. Submit your application in English as soon as you can since interviews are ongoing.
