We are looking for a Service Desk SPOC who will be responsible for supporting our customer with various trouble shooting, connectivity and networking issues, including moves/add/changes for cabling and computers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver IT-support onsite at the Service point location (direct walk in from users), by phone and mail to Business Services IT customers
To administrate, collect/compile information and solve incidents assigned by the IT service desk
To support customers with various IT services within the areas; Hardware, Microsoft, Lotus Notes, ERP-system, PC, Server, LAN, WAN and several client specific systems.
To install and troubleshoot PC's and various hardware
To contribute to continuous improvements as implementing standards with the overall target to increase efficiency
To support customers with various IT related issues according to customer agreement and SLA
Keep documentation up to date and accurate
To represent the onsite support team in internal projects, in contact with internal customers and external suppliers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone with about 2-5 years' experience. We need you to have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows XP/7/10, Lotus Notes, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Antivirus and Office 365. To be successful in this role we believe you have good negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team leading/team member skills.
