Who we are

Mediaplanet is an International Media Group producing niche content campaigns in collaboration with leading Influencers distributed over unique cross media platforms. We bring content to our clients? target audience via print, online, social and event distribution in 15 countries ? it is Content Marketing done right! Today, we have 450 people in our team throughout 17 offices in Europe and North America and headquartered in our modern, open floor plan office in central Stockholm where the business was founded in 2002.

What you need to know

• Working knowledge and interest of fundamental operations relevant software, hardware and other equipment (e.g. Windows and Apple, MS Office, Office 365, PCs and mobile phones),
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices,
• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing service desk support,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English),
• Customer service orientation and outstanding social skills.

What you will be doing

The IT department at Mediaplanet span IT operations, Support and Product Development and as a part of that team you?ll be involved in everything that?s going on in IT at Mediaplanet. You will make sure that the rest of the organization have the right tools and access to the knowledge they need day-to-day by keeping an open communication channel over email, service desk software, telephone and in person. You will be the face of the IT department towards the rest of the organization and help your colleagues around the world when they need it the most. You will provide user support on company-supported applications and platforms, troubleshoot problems and advice on, and document, the appropriate action/solution, all with a smile on your face and a spring in your step!
