• Participation in all applicable activities within Service Desk Management.
• Providing support to customer representatives by phone and e-mail.
KvalifikationerUtbildning: Academic diploma required (in any subject)
Personliga egenskaper: Organized, energetic, ambitious and charismatic, helpful
Erfarenheter: Customer relations, instructor experience
Språkkunskaper: Fluent English is a requirement. Additional languages a merit.
