As Service Desk and Operations Manager your main responsibility is to lead/coordinate the Service Desk team that provides IT support to Lindex stores and offices. In this role it is important to have a visionary and holistic approach but you will also be involved in the daily delivery through prioritization of tickets and ticket solving. You will analyze the reported issues and requests in order to find ways to increase efficiency and service levels. You will also be responsible for production systems monitoring and surveillance.
You are a member of the IT Management team and also take an active part in the development of the IT department.
You have several years working experience from a Service Desk function (or Customer service), preferably within retail. You lead by example and like to coach your team during change. You are familiar with the technical development in IT and have a process oriented approach to achieve continuous improvement. You are driven, structured and have a strong customer focus. You quickly adjust to new situations and easily establish good relationships. You are fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
This is a permanent position stationed at Lindex office in Partille. On call duties are included in the role.
