hela Sverige We are now looking for Experienced Service Designers for consultant assignments. Do you have business acumen and strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills? About the position
As Service Designer you are working Cross-functional, multidisciplinary and across geographies. With strong communication and people skills, analytical mindset and ability to handle big amounts of data, you support our Client in driving servitization and expanding the service offer around products with digital services and solutions.
Main tasks may include:
• Working closely with brand experience and helping to study and define customer profiles of the key strategic future business areas, industries, and segments
• Co-create a strategic ecosystem map on how the selected industries might shape and transform in the future
• Identify customer value pools and translate that into strategic focus areas for the services and solutions business
• Help to bring business closer to customer needs, their daily context and (future) business requirements
Your profile
• You have the possibility to travel since occasional travel might be required
• You are experienced in conducting 1:1 semi-structured interviews
• You are experience working with Customer Experience assignments such as customer segmentation and research, customer profiling into Personas/Archetypes, working with Customer Journeys and Ecosystem mapping
You have solid experience in qualitative research, customer segmentation, data triangulation, applying design methods such as customer personas, journey mapping, systemic design and strong visual communication skills. You also have the ability to identify customer value and translate that into business opportunities.
