We are looking for our new Service Designer whose responsibilities will be driving initiatives regarding new business opportunities, and who examines product viability from a user perspective. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of insights driven product development and design thinking, and who thrives with the responsibility this entails. You are passionate about gathering user insights, analysing findings together with others and driving product development. You have a design mindset and are a true people person. Being able to communicate your work and ideas in a clear way is crucial and being able to receive feedback and give feedback in a constructive way is important.
Having experience in planning and leading workshops is important to ensure that learnings and insights are shared across the organization and taken advantage of. The role also includes prototyping with our product team to test concepts, prove or disprove hypotheses, facilitate co-creation sessions, and iterate.

P.F.C. is an easy-to-use money management service built around a MasterCard and an app that our customers can use without switching banks. We aim to empower people starting their financial life. Our app was recently awarded Silver in the Swedish Design Awards.
At P.F.C, we work together on building and growing our product. We are an agile team that ships frequently, releasing new versions of our mobile apps as often as once per week. We continually release new features and refine our designs to give our customers the best possible experience.

As a Service Designer you will:
Lead the exploration of new products in a holistic manner, and use service design as a primary tool for making business decisions
Collaborate with POs to see that products fulfil expectations of viability, feasibility and desirability
Be the liaison between leadership team and product teams regarding viability of products
Lead the work of researching, defining and visualising product concepts together with product teams
Make lightweight business cases in concept work
We are looking for you who:
Have a minimum of 3 years working as a Service Designer or management consultant or similar.
Can set up a collaborative environment where alignment is reached
through co-creation sessions, and where ambiguity is an opportunity rather than a show-stopper.
Have skills to define requirements with the technical team through agile ways of working.
Can understand and contribute to shaping the organization's processes.
Have experience in regularly presenting initiatives and design updates to various stakeholders.
