QuizRR offers innovative training solutions to advance corporate responsibility and capacity building in global supply chains. Through our digital training solutions, we educate workers employed in global supply chains on right and responsibilities, safety and health, workplace dialogue and wage management. We aim to have reached 2 million workers by the year of 2020, enabling decent working conditions and safe workplaces for all employees in global supply chains through education.

Job description:
The position requires the person to drive the planning, implementation and tracking of development projects, together with the product management and tech team. The projects involve phases of research, ideation, content development, prototyping and testing followed by evaluation, assessment, report writing.
Experience: We're looking for a Service and Learning designer with experience in Ed-tech, social innovation, content creation and project management.
Must haves:
• A relevant educational background and work experience
• Ability to own, manage and deliver projects end to end
• Understanding of design strategy and its application to product development
• Experience with developing and delivering digital solutions
• Ability to write proposals and reports
• A background in the creative with a bent for the social and development sectors
• Good writing skills and the ability to develop scripts, written material and learning content
• Facilitation skills, with the ability to plan sprints, build teams, conduct workshops and create collaborative environments
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Ability to travel for field work in production markets
• Understanding of the nuances of one or more of our developing markets, like India, Bangladesh, China, Thailand
• Knowledge of Hindi-Urdu and other regional dilects from the northern parts of India.
