Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Specialist you will ensure effective and cost-efficient service delivery and service support delivery of a client service. You will assess service needs and support in realizing service roadmap and estimate service demand and planning capacity for the service. Monitoring and reviewing service KPI: s and driving continuous improvement of service KPIs will also be a part of your responsibility. You will also execute and improve procedures for service workflows (e.g., who/what/when/how).
Qualifications
Substantial experience of providing a service with ITIL principles
Six sigma green belt certification and ITIL certification
Hands-on experience in managing critical business service in a large, enterprise-grade organization
Hands-on experience in managing and responding to major incidents, problems, etc.
Experience in structuring and operating service and change governance (e.g., approval board)
Experience in documenting test plans, test cases and test execution
Hands-on experience of testing online/web applications with knowledge of QA best practices
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
