hela Sverige Acne Studios is now looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to the IT Operations team. This is a position where you will provide first line incident management for internal and external customers. It therefore requires a true passion for service and support, and a positive mindset! You will be working in an important position within IT Operations, and a great responsibility in an international organization where you will support local and remote users world-wide.
Work tasks
Together with the SDM participate, gather information and coordinate business related projects. Coordinate related project activities and report to the SDM/IT Management. Your primary responsibility will include incident and problem management that will come from monitoring the business systems, devices and networks or directly from customer/users inquiries. You will also be responsible for root cause analysis of issues, troubleshooting and resolving the incident and/or escalating to the correct personnel within IT department.
You will also:
* Suggest Service Delivery improvements that increase IT 's and business efficiency.
* Performs other duties as assigned or required by the SDM
* Participate on technical calls for major incidents and outages
* Be part of Line of Business-related projects
* Adopt the business ITSM life cycle
We are looking for
We are looking for a result and a customer-oriented person who wants to work in a tight team. You should have a technical interest and an eager to always learn more. As a co-worker at Acne Studios you should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. We are also looking for you who has:
* Technical college graduate or High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
* Experience working in customer service or technical support
* Fluent in English, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience with general PC and Mac hardware and communication devices
* Knowledge within Microsoft AD/Office 365/Windows Client and Server OS, Mac OS X
It is meriting if you have a Microsoft certification, experience within an ITIL/KCS environment or an ITIL/KCS qualification, IT purchasing and project coordination
