hela Sverige The service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for maintenance of service delivery according to the SLA. (Service Level Agreement).This applies to one or a set of applications as well as related infrastructure deliveries in scope of the SLA. Delivering maintenance services can involve parties from different Volvo IT departments/sites as well as non-Volvo IT resources.
Key Volvo IT official performance indicators for the Service Delivery Manager are: service levels objectives on targets as defined in assignment specification ("SLA fulfillment"), customer satisfaction in runtime, major incidents and complaints handling.
The department 9537, Service and Information Tools, holds three portfolios:
• Parts & Service Information Production Portfolio
• Parts & Service Information Publishing Portfolio
• Service Planning/Contract Quotation Portfolio
We are now looking for three Service Delivery Managers to head each of these portfolios.
The Parts & Service Information Production portfolio includes maintenance of the authoring tools for spare parts and service information at Volvo Parts in Gothenburg and Lyon. The solutions is based on multi-technology platforms including mainframe, java, .NET, Windows, DB2 and Oracle, and with resources from several sites. The portfolio also holds an application for Identity Management, Baldo, used by all Business Areas to steer user administration and authority.
The Parts & Service Publishing Portfolio includes maintenance of the publishing part of the Parts and Service information, primarily the Impact applications, which are used by workshops all over the world for Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, Volvo Bus and UD Trucks. The portfolio also holds the existing tool for Renault Trucks, and the spare part catalogue application for Ford of Europe. The solutions are based on java technology, using WAS environment, on Oracle database. It is a global team with participants from Gothenburg, Wroclaw and Greensboro.
The Service Planning/Contract Quotation Portfolio includes maintenance of two contract quotation applications and two service planning applications, one set for Volvo Trucks and one set for the other BA:s. The portfolio also holds a number of service enablers (data warehouse and analysis tools). The solutions are based on java technology, using WAS environment, on Oracle database. It is a global team with participants from Gothenburg and Wroclaw.

General Qualifications and skills:
• You have an adequate academic qualification
• You have the ability to establish and maintain good relations and have the ability to work in a global, multi-cultural organization
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
You have:
• Broad IT background
• Experience of handling complex deliveries to customers
• Experience from leading and developing staff in a global set-up
• A strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Work experience as a high level Maintenance Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent
