The role
The Service Delivery Management team ensures positive Client satisfaction. We build client satisfaction by constructing partnerships between the clients, product management and the technology organizations. We manage the implementation of these partnerships and delivery of technical and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in the contract.
Service Delivery Managers work with the Account Manager and technical organization as a primary point of contact for client needs, requirements and expectations. We support the Account Managers in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability. We are accountable for the quality of service provided from a client point of view and are responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance. As a group, the Service Delivery Managers work closely together to reach our business targets.
Requirements
If you have Service Delivery Management experience from a related industry within the IT-services business or from the gaming industry in general, we think you will have a good chance of making it in this position.
Must haves include
• Minimum 2-4 years client facing experience is essential
• Excellent relationship building skills and client empathy
• Excellent at informal leadership, networking and communication
• A degree in Systems Information or closely related field or equivalent client
management experience.
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a Service Delivery Manager position
