Are you ready for a challenge? Do you want to grow with H&M? Are you a skilled Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with a focus on Network & Network Security?

We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager, for the service area Network within Hosting at Infrastructure & Operation (I&O) that have technical background and experience within Network.

I&O consist of 3 main areas which are Infrastructure Services, Cross Functions and Application Operation and other supporting areas. We are mainly seated in Stockholm and Hong Kong.

This is an exciting and challenging role where your primary focus is to get an overview of all locally managed WAN and/or internet contracts within H&M when it comes to contractual terms and conditions such as supplier, contract length, price, quality and delivery. Another challenge will be to find and cooperate with the right stakeholders to secure that we set the right expectations and the right requirements for the delivery with other SDMs and the Service Manager Networks globally. We believe you are a driven person that enjoy building relations, as well as communicative since you must be able to explain changes that needs to be performed in other countries.

Your responsibilities

The job of a SDM at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Establish capacity management processes for WAN and/or internet utilization, including tools and process development, with the goal to proactively provide business input in new developments and contract negotiations.
• Follow-up and report to relevant stakeholders on WAN network utilization.
• Establish governance guidelines towards local IT organizations and other key stakeholders.
• Share insight and knowledge to Key stakeholders regarding capacity in the network and to give suggestions before enabling new applications/ services.
• Proactively Inform local contract WAN owners about required upgrades in the locally purchased network contracts.
• Provide input to the budget process for locally managed WAN contracts, taking into considerations new business developments that may require renegotiation of contracts.
• Responsible to establish and integrate ITIL processes needed to fulfill deliveries
• Establish and integrate processes needed to work with internal/external parties. Work with process managers to improve internal processes and performance.
• Responsible to ensure that metrics and data is available for follow up of service delivery
• Work with internal and external suppliers to align capacity, availability, continuity and security towards IT service requirements (customer needs) according to agreed contracts

And your skills include:

• Several years of experience of Network Delivery and/or Operations from telecoms, ICT, global Wan providers or large IT-organizations
• Understanding of networks and areas such as IT-security, Firewalls, Proxies, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Load Balancer etc
• Experience of purchasing (Included RFI/RFP) of WAN and network services
• Experience of managing external suppliers regarding SLAs, KPIs and governance
• Good knowledge of WAN technologies including MPLS, IPSEC, BGP, QoS, WAN optimization etc.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and how they contribute to business value
• Ability to plan and manage projects in complex situations in a global environment
• Experience of budget work and budget follow up.
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
• Translating business requirements into impact on existing IT- services
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English
