Retail Solutions Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase (StO/DtR), 9534, offers resources and deliveries within support, maintenance, development and roll out for applications and services.

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for maintenance and support, enhancement and roll out of the LDS Portfolio service according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement). This applies to a set of applications in scope of the portfolio SLA's. The LDS service involves resources in Gothenburg as well as at the Volvo IT site in Tianjin, China.

LDS is a business critical dealer management system for Volvo Group customers (dealers) globally, covering the DtR and the StO process. LDS is designed with SOA with .NET as platform.

You are a self-going driving force with high social competence. You are service minded with customer focus. You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view.

General Qualifications and skills:
You have an adequate academic qualification and are a communicative team-player. You have to have the ability to establish and maintain good relations and to inspire your team. You have the capability to take the full financial responsibility for the portfolio budget.

You have:
• Broad IT background
• Leadership skills
• Experience from leading staff in cost efficiency- and time target environment
• Capacity to execute against set targets
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
• Work experience as a high level maintenance manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent
• Courage and ability to communicate and explain the content of the service within the agreement/portfolio from a delivery perspective
• Experience of handling complex global deliveries to customers
• Experience from working in a global set up
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain a human network
• Experience from work in customer/ account teams. Used to daily contacts with customers
• Excellent skills in English, spoken and written
