What would you do as our Service Delivery Manager
As our Service Delivery Manager, you would be managing the roadmap, demands, and processes related to our DBA services, in a complex global environment. In this role, you would be part of a global Hosting Team, interacting with our customers and vendors in other regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC). Occasional international travel may occur.
You would also be responsible for:
Overall service improvements and strategies as well as problem handling
Creating/improving processes and documentation together with the team
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery
Keeping up to date with news and service roadmap
Customer relationships
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
An understanding of the DBA environments and technologies including cloud
Senior Knowledge and experience within the specific services
Good experience of IT processes and operations
Knowledge of working with ITIL and project management
The ability to take ownership while being a team player
