We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
TCS experience/knowledge is a merit.
Key Responsibilities
• Substantial experience in management and delivering IT IS Services solutions.
• Well-developed negotiation skills and experience.
• Experience in setting up and running IT IS infrastructure.
• Open to multicultural environments and working in virtual teams.
IT Infrastructure services to be delivered at all branches - Sweden location of TCS. The management and usage of Data Centre, Network, Enterprise System Management (ESM) and Domain Management - Active Directory Service (ADS) are associated with service delivery. Similarly, the Global Help Desk (GHD) acts as a function that provides the Single Point of Contact (Spoc) for IT service(s) management. This project is responsible for Set up of Data centre, Delivery centre / Solution Centre, and so on.
Responsible for Corporate Services that includes: Messaging, Internet, Office Environment (Like Server/Desktop/Laptop, Network, Printers, Scanners, etc.),Ultimatix Infrastructure support for this TCS portal),VoIP.
This project work in a synchronized manner to deliver service(s), delivering services to internal users /external customers (as a part of project). This project also participates in new initiatives / rollouts related to new service(s) and / or service improvement(s) across TCS.
Working with client to implement as per requirement, upgrade, new systems for their environment Providing assistance in procurement, provisioning of IT ,Installation and maintenance.
Responsible to analyze, Coordinate and implement network domain routine activities, Providing solutioning for different projects during RFP stages, Cost estimation for ODC and WAN setup's.
Compliance to audit as per TCS guidelines. Involvement in new and existing project infrastructure setup Managing and implementing TCS Corporate security initiatives .Datacenter planning, migration and upgrade required for TCS & for projects.
