Zalaris HR Services Sweden is strengthening its organization with a Service Delivery Manager position located in its office in Sundbyberg, Sweden. This position reports to the Service Center Manager, and you will be part of an organization with around 50 people currently in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Owning the operational customer relationship and ensuring service delivery to own customers according to Zalaris Service Management Framework and both customer and internal expectations. Deliver budgeted client margins, ensure service excellence according to contract, defined SLA?s, set criteria and customer satisfaction of own customers according to customer satisfaction surveys.
• Responsible for customer relationship and communication of locally delivered and locally fronted payroll services to appointed clients.
• Ensure good collaboration with Group Service Delivery Managers
• Fully responsible for own customers? administration and service management - hereunder:

o Managing and solving all payroll related topics on a daily basis
o Delivering budgets
o Monthly service reports
o Hold monthly service meetings
o Monthly invoicing
o Maintain process documentation

Experience/education:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Accounting or IT or other relevant education
• You have several years of experience in working with payroll processes, and payroll accounting as well as knowledge on laws and regulations within the payroll area.
• 3-5 years experience in handling customer relationships
• Experience with SAP HCM is seen as an advantage

General and personal qualifications:

• Business minded, analytical and alert to customer needs
• You pay attention to details and like to be hands on to understand the core deliveries
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to drive process improvements to the benefit of all parties
• Ability to prioritize, plan and be structured in order to deliver timely and positive results
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
