The StO/DtR (Sales to Order/Delivery to Repurchase) department is the largest delivery unit in Gothenburg offering a broad range of opportunities for personal development. We are delivering global IT solutions in the areas of CRM, Retail, Customer Loyalty, Service & Repair and Parts Logistics. Our employees work in global teams with all the Volvo companies and take on challenging assignments in our deliveries covering the complete product life cycle including new development and projects.
The Retail Support & Portals group within the StO/DtR department handles Dealer Business Support and Web Portals where the dealers can access applications and information. Our customers are several of the Business Areas within the Volvo Group, such as Volvo Trucks and Volvo Penta.
Service Delivery Manager for the Dealer & Customer Portals portfolio
The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for maintenance service delivery according to the Agreement. This applies to one or a set of applications as well as related infrastructure deliveries in scope of the Agreement. Delivering maintenance services can involve resources from different Volvo IT sites/departments as well as non-Volvo IT resources.
As SDM for this portfolio you will be responsible for the Volvo Trucks Portal, VTBOS, and the Volvo Penta Portal, VPPN. The responsibility will also include several services within the portals and a number of business applications accessed through the portals, mainly on VPPN. The portals are both based on Microsoft technology but with different platforms and user admin processes. Development on the VPPN side is mainly done in China.
One of the initial tasks for you as SDM will be to drive the establishment of this portfolio according to the Volvo IT maintenance structure (3M) and with support from the 3M implementation project.
Your Profile:
You have broad IT background and long experience from handling deliveries to customers. You have good leadership skills and feel comfortable in using them when aiming for cost, quality, efficiency and time targets. You like structure and are solution oriented with a holistic view always aiming for customer satisfaction. You also have a very strong social competence and are perceived as service minded.
