We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be responsible to ensure customer support service delivery to our customers as specified in contracted support agreements. In this role, you will be responsible for financial and operational performance of the services, work towards ensuring that agreed margins are achieved whilst delivering Service Level Agreement fulfillment and customer happiness. The role also includes leading the customer network support engineers' team and working closely with the competence centers, global support, and product line maintenance teams.
What you will do
Maintain good working relationship with our customers
Work closely with global/local service delivery teams to secure customer contract fulfillment
Keep updated with changes released related to SWS processes, models, and strategies
Collaborate and maintain relationships with internal/external organizations
Manage environment, and health and safety (EHS) performance of delivered services
Distribute information to internal partners and call out delivery Issues
Stay up to date with financial data
Identify new business opportunities and drive add-on sales in cooperation with account team
Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring
You will bring
Education: University Degree in Telecommunications or Engineering or similar
Min years of experience: 2-7 Years of relevant service delivery experience
Domain experience: (area of expertise - e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
Language requirement: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent social skills and strong customer orientation
Superb communication and presentation skills
Financial savvy and analytical skills
Negotiation and argumentation skills
Change management and improvement management skills
Strong business understanding and Ericsson business knowledge
Capability of coping with pressures & setbacks
Additional Requirements
Very good leadership and management skills
Self-motivated and standout colleague
Ability to adapt to change

Location for this position: Sweden - Stockholm / Denmark - Copenhagen / Norway - Oslo or Finland - Helsinki.
