Stream Global Services is a global company working in BPO - Business Process Outsourcing - primarily with technical service, but also in other areas of order management, logistics management, etc. Stream has 50 different contact centers in North America, Europe, the Philippines, India, Latin America, Middle East and Africa . Support can be offered in 33 different languages.
Stream International AB offers technical support and customer service in the Nordic market. Our clients are high-tech companies that have chosen to outsource parts of their operations.
Stream provides support for both private and corporate clients and the Nordic operations are located in Helsingborg and in Aalborg, Denmark. Helsingborg serves as the Nordic head office. We provide support in Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian. In Helsingborg, we have about 250 employees and 40 employees in Aalborg.
We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Helsingborg.

Your main responsibilities will involve:
• Lead and manage the operational activities of a client contract.
• Ensure that both financial and operational goals are achieved at least.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
• Initiate and drive improvement efforts in order to achieve maximum customer benefit.
• Responsible for achieving the correct profitability for client assignment and manage financial monitoring and forecasting.
• Lead and coordinate the work of Team Managers who work within the current client contracts with clear steer towards goals and follow up.
• As a member of the management team to contribute to the development
You report directly to the Site Manager. You will also have to report the site's operating results to client and Streams European Account Manager.
With a good understanding of the customer's structure, goals and expectations, you as SDM are the one that identifies and creates improvements in our support, and customer relationship.
ProfilAll client interactions and contacts with other sites within Stream is in English and therefore it is required of you that you have very good verbal and written skills in this language.
In order to succeed in the work you need to keep up with technical solutions on the market, customer expectations, and changes in the market and in the industry.
You are used to dealing with a lot of information and are good at bringing it forward in a structured and communicative manner.
You are driven, structured and committed and are embracing the challenge of working against set goals and you pursuit challenges as you enjoy working in a fast pace.
You have a strong leadership profile who likes to work independently but also driven to lead and motivate others in your work to achieve set targets.
We prefer that you are applying the service has
• Previous experience in customer service and technical support
• Management experience
• University degree is meritorious.
• Good financial understanding, sense of numbers.
• Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills,
• Negotiating experience.
